Mario is off on a journey around the world in a new 3D Mario game for the Nintendo Switch.
It has been 15 years since “Super Mario Sunshine”, in which Mario runs around a large box garden stage.
While the unique 3D Mario actions, such as the broad jump and body attack, have been retained, new actions using the hat, such as defeating enemies and using it as a scaffold, have been added.
With the ability of his hat sidekick Cappy, Mario has gained the ability to “capture,” which allows him to possess enemies and objects.
