This coffee is delivered from YUAN YI YUAN Coffee Farm in Dehong, located in the north of Yunnan Province, China.
This lot is refined using a honey process using coffee specialist yeast. This process was developed in collaboration with the Tokuhiro Tropical Crop Research Institute, which is also focusing on coffee breeding, seedling cultivation, and refining methods. This process of pickling the removed cherry pulp and yeast gives a very distinct stone fruit flavor. Depending on the temperature change, the sweet fruit flavors of lychee and passion fruit continue for a long time, and the gorgeous scent of white tea spreads throughout your mouth.
