Evangelion, “Ayanami Rei (provisional name)” appears in a plug suit wearing a hoodie.
The figure is based on the cover illustration of “EVANGELION Millennials 2” by Mai Yoneyama.
The nuances of the illustration, which coexists with fragility and innocence, are reproduced with skillful modeling.
The overwhelming emotion conveyed from the quiet standing posture is wonderful. The contrast in color, form, and texture between the plug suit and the light gray hoodie is also a highlight.
The hair, which is made of clear material with a light gradation coating, is also beautifully finished, giving a strong impression of the character’s transparency.
