This is the first solo photobook by Sakura Kawasaki, a.k.a. “Sakutan,” a 5th generation member of Nogizaka46.
This book captures the 22-year-old, captivating with her range of mature and innocent sides.

Among the talented 5th generation members of Nogizaka46, Sakura Kawasaki is a unique figure, having been a figure skater since childhood. She has garnered popularity for her cute and cunning personality.
For her first solo photobook, she chose France, a country she has long admired.
Shooting in two cities with different climates and atmospheres brought out a variety of expressions never before seen.
In the seaside city of Nice in southern France, she soaked up the sunshine and tried her hand at swimsuit photography.
Meanwhile, in the city of lights, Paris, she strolled through the fashionable streets and undertook a long-held dream. She was

meticulous about the outfits she would wear, consulting with her stylist before departure and holding meticulous meetings to prepare thoroughly. Additionally, the book includes shots of me in casual clothing.
The photos are arranged in chronological order, naturally conveying the way my heart gradually loosens and I free myself. This book contains many never-before-seen expressions.

　I’ve always admired France.
　When I first traveled to Paris in 2025, I thought, ‘If I were to release a photobook, I’d like to shoot in this place,’ so I was incredibly happy when the shoot in Paris was confirmed.
　This was also my first time in Nice, and I fell in love with the city’s distinctly different atmosphere. Being able to visit

　two cities with completely different atmospheres, Paris and Nice, allowed me to become a completely different version of myself, which was wonderful.
　Before the shoot, I watched a French film and imagined, ‘When I wear these clothes, I want to be this kind of girl,’ so I hope you enjoy seeing the different sides of me.
　I think this photobook is like a movie, showing my transformation from day one to day five.

　Each and every photograph in the book was carefully selected.
　I have created a photo book filled with my passion and want everyone to see it. I would be happy if this photo book becomes an opportunity for people to learn more about me.
