Our product “Sencha Kama Hoji 130g” has been sold at the same selling price for more than 25 years since its release and has been patronized by many customers. However, during this period, raw material tea prices and expenses continued to soar, and especially in the last three to four years, with the expansion of demand for hojicha, the price of raw material tea for this product has risen remarkably. The situation has already exceeded the limit of maintaining the price with corporate efforts, and we have decided to end sales of the current product because it will be a large price increase that exceeds the allowable range.
