It is decorated with a mechanical design inspired by mechanical armor (automail).
It is equipped with three in-dials, with the “Cross of Flamel” symbol at 12 o’clock and the coat of arms of the “Amestris Nation Army” on the in-dial at 3 o’clock.

The back of the watch is engraved with the “Fullmetal Alchemist” logo.
The red genuine leather belt is designed with studs that resemble screws of mechanical armor.
