I thought it was a men’s L, but I am a 160cm tall woman of medium height and medium build, and it is just right for me. （I think the men’s L size is more loose-fitting. I expect it would be too tight if a larger man wears it, depending on the individual).

I thought it would be better for women to wear an inner layer.
