The cut-and-sew is the first appearance from the EVA Abstract Art series, which uses high-quality artwork created with the motif of Evangelion by London-based artist Akiko Ban.
This series expresses the world of Evangelion like never before with non-concrete paintings composed of free lines, colors, shapes, faces, volumes, etc. Based on the key colors of Units 0, 1, 2, and 8, various essences such as the characteristics and uses of each aircraft are sublimated with a unique sense, and four art works are completed.
This work expresses this art on a canvas called a T-shirt by inkjet printing. By applying an impactful design by inkjet printing, it is a stylish piece with a natural texture.
