The three-sided BOX that stores the two books uses a design by graphic designer Toshiaki Uesugi (Mach 55), who also worked on the eye catch of this work. The box cover has a luxurious finish with gold foil stamping and embossing. The back cover of the box features a board signed by the director of this work: Shinichiro Watanabe, producer: Masahiko Minami, character design: Toshihiro Kawamoto, mechanical design: Kimitoshi Yamane, and music: Yoko Kanno. doing. The front and back covers of each booklet use new illustrations of “Spike,” “Fay,” “Jet,” “Ed,” and “Ain” drawn by character designer Toshihiro Kawamoto. The background design is by Toshiaki Uesugi (Mach 55). The content-rich monochrome booklet includes line drawings of characters and mecha from “Cowboy Bebop” and “Cowboy Bebop: Heaven’s Door”, divided into chapters for easy understanding. The color booklet also includes character and mechanical setting images, art settings, monitor screen settings, copyright illustrations, etc. from both works. It has a readable structure that includes some storyboards such as OP and ED. In addition, we also feature conversations and interview articles with the gorgeous staff of this work.
