Karya ini adalah sekuel dari single ke-61 “HC 2023 episode 1 -THE GHOST/Limit Break-” yang dirilis pada 15 Februari, dan merupakan paket yang akan turut memeriahkan tur arena yang akan diadakan di 6 lokasi nasional dengan total 13 pertunjukan mulai November. Lagu-lagu yang disertakan adalah “Buddy”, lagu yang ditulis oleh TAKURO (Gt.) bertema “partner” yang ditemui GLAY selama aktivitas band panjang mereka dan telah berjalan bersama, dan “Pianista”, lagu yang ditulis oleh HISASHI (Gt.) untuk aplikasi game seluler “Black Clover Mobile Magic Emperor’s Road The Opening of Fate”. Berisi total 7 lagu (track) yang diciptakan selama pandemi COVID-19!
