Press the button on the top of the Kabuto By Stamp to activate the By Stamp. By pushing it into the upper part of the bail driver, the transformation standby sound of Kamen Rider Vail is activated. By imprinting the Kabuto by stamp on the screen part on the front of the driver body, the transformation sound of Kamen Rider Vail sounds.
